Lindsay Wine Estate

Celebrate the artistry of wine

A link to a pioneering past, with unique cellar door experiences

Lindsay Wine Estate is named after iconic artist, Sir Lionel Lindsay. Lionel was famous for his drawings and paintings that captured the spirit of early pioneers in Australia. In the 1940’s Lionel formed a friendship with Bill Bolton. Bill became a collector of his works and upon his death in 1973 the works were donated and used to found the Lionel Lindsay Art Gallery.  Now Bill’s grandson Will, pays homage to Linday’s work across the wine labels and showcasing a sense of pioneering spirit through the premium range of wines that are handcrafted.

A unique cellar door experience

When you visit the cellar door you can’t help but be swept up by the modern decor and the cool tunes in the air playing courtesy of the winery record player. With over 2,000 vinyl records to choose from, there is sure to be a wine and song match for everyone. During the summer a cricket pitch is mowed into the vast front lawn of the winery and if you’re lucky you might even secure a baggy cap to keep as you show off your best work.
