Having spent over twenty years in the industry, Nick's approach to crafting fine wines start within the vineyard and working with what's available in the natural environment. It is no wonder Elbourne have won so many awards and accolades, a regular Halliday award winner and with a selection of their wines being offered in many local fine dining restaurants such as Muse and Goldfish, their reputation is growing fast.
Their Hunter Valley single vineyard blocks are meticulously cared for by expert viticulturist Neil Stevens & the grapes are all hand-picked to ensure the fruit of the highest quality year after year. The ingredients are there for exceptional examples of single vineyard Hunter Valley wine.
These boutique wines are truly representative of the season with no fruit or juice added to the annual crop, which is something they truly pride themselves on at Elbourne Wines.
