Bruno & George

Handcrafted exquisite single vineyard wines, capturing the essence of the Barossa and Eden Valley

Lifetime mates with a sense of adventure

It’s a story of mateship and a passion for all things wine. Mates that would grow up in a world-famous wine region, explore that passion globally as individuals and then return to where it all began to share their love of wine and winemaking with everyone.

Meet the boys!

Bruce Blackwell

From a young age, Bruce can remember watching his famous winemaker father, Stuart Blackwell apply his craft at St Hallet's Wines. When old enough Bruce traveled the world and completed 10 vintages in various regions and even took up learning the Spanish language whilst in Chile. His particular passion lies in Sales, Marketing and international business, all related to wine of course!

Christian Roediger

The Roediger family has been involved in the region since the 1840s. Christian’s Great Grandfather, Pastor Carl Augusta Julius Roediger established one of the first Independent Lutheran churches in South Australia in 1863. Over the years the family has been involved in sheep, fodder, grain, poultry, fruit and wines from their homestead vineyards. In 2013 the first vines were planted on their property in over 100 years (Shiraz & Mataro). Christian has been involved in the industry at home and abroad for over 15 years and is excited to be making wine with his mates.

Josh Norman

Josh is a sixth-generation winemaker and has been involved and around wine all his life. After leaving school in 1998 Josh went to work in the cellar and vineyards and many different wineries and as of 2019, has worked twenty-five vintages across three countries and regions. Josh also spends time making wines with his father's label, which is also located in the Barossa.

You can take the boys out of the Barossa, but you can’t take the Barossa out of the boys

From lazy days as kids playing amongst some of the world's oldest vines, to chasing endless summers working vintages in far-flung lands. With a combined experience across 100 countries and over 65 vintages across the world, the boys are back in the region they love and using their experiences and passion for the region to handcraft wines that are expressive, elegant and showcase the variety or blends as it’s intended.

Where members are treated like friends, not customers.

Forget the classic cellar door experience. When members of the winery visit it's all about a Barossa experience. Spending a day soaking up all the region has to offer including meeting & sampling fellow producer's wines, whilst riding in the vineyard Land Rover!

“Great wines come from Great vineyards and it is the Winemaker's role to allow the vineyard to evolve into the wine that it should become”.
